![]() ![]() From 1970 to 2013, Robie taught water law and environmental law courses at McGeorge School of Law, and he continues to author articles on environmental litigation and water law. He was the court's presiding judge from 1994 to 1995. Robie was appointed to the Sacramento County Superior Court in 1986 and served on that court until 2002. ![]() He was the attorney member and vice chair of the State Water Resources Control Board from 1969 to 1975, and director of the California Department of Water Resources from 1975 until his appointment Sacramento Municipal Court in 1983.
